if i could with raked brush, stick together attentiveness .
contour of steps with causticity of ice, gradually to lay out.
* to stare *
salt corroded eyes and wrists.
* to grin *
waiting wild.
if i could regain consciousness
* ripe leaves *
to repent.
to spend another's patience
* mercilessly *
on alcohol.
in a forehead to kiss
* from melancholy *
before mind loss.
time off
* dotted lines and arrows *
all to a drop have spilt.

that is the kind of poems I once wrote, so you've stirred a chord inside me...the first line is a masterpiece and the music of this sounds is hard but lovely...great emotional picture.
